Fortissimo (Lance) is an 18 hh, 2001 Hanoverian chestnut gelding. Lance is by For Feeling, a For Pleasure stallion. As a 5 year old he was champion in the Level 4 Jumpers in Culpeper, Virginia (August 2006) moving up to compete successfully in two classes at Level 5. As a 6 year old he joined the Young Horse Development Series and was the winner of the Level 6 Speed Derby in Niagara. In 2008 Lance competed in the Regular Hunters in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Michigan (reserve champion in PA).
